The 36th Awit Awards held yesterday, November 9, 2023 at Baked Studios Makati was indeed a celebration of music with notable personalities in the music industry present. Quite a different format from the previous awards ceremonies, last night’s awarding ceremony was more informal with attendees free to mingle with each other and move around. Some trophies were even being handed out by the host, Sassa Gurl, surprisingly to the awardees offstage during informal chats. However, the usual awards night happenings such as the Red carpet, presenters awarding of winners and honorees and special performances were not to be missed.
